2,323m² FSCS office relocation – Stewart Watson has been closely involved in successfully delivering this complex project.  Our involvement included the original due diligence inspection, assisting in lease negotiations including securing landlord funding for a substantial Cat A refurbishment as part of the tenant works, and assisting in the procurement and implementation of the works.
