PPM – London & The Home Counties

Stewart Watson inspected and produced a number of planned maintenance programmes for a majority of Epic Property Asset Management’s multi-let properties, located in London and the Home Counties.  We helped to devise the maintenance strategy for each building within the portfolio which in total equates to approximately 27,900 m²
