Stewart Watson have provided specialist Building Surveying advice to Apperly Estates for over 16 years. This has included standard Building Surveys on acquisitions and dilapidations advice, but most importantly SW have taken on the Project Management role on a number of Central London developments and refurbishments that we have undertaken over the last 15 years. SW’s attention to detail and understanding of our objectives has been un-wavering, and our schemes have always let quickly and successfully in no small part due to SW’s input. We will be instructing them again in the future.
