Stewart Watson undertook reinstatement cost assessments on five old office buildings located in Leeds, Manchester, Leicester and Northampton.

Stewart Watson advised landlord during a major internal refit undertaken by the tenant of this 2,200m2 office building. Input included approval of the works and documenting them for the purposes of a licence for alteration and rent review documentation.

Acted for tenant during a lease renewal on this 3,850m2 office building.  Stewart Watson’s input included advising on accrued dilapidations, undertaking a building survey and preparation of schedules of condition of the entire building.

Stewart Watson advised the tenant during the acquisition of this 2,530m2office floor and subsequently project managed their office fit out undertaken on a design and build basis.
