Stewart Watson managed the design and implementation of a major refurbishment of this commercial building, to create offices above a self-contained retail unit. Work included reconfiguration of the building interior, provision of a new fifth floor, restoration of the exterior and total refit of the interior, including new services installations.

Stewart Watson was instructed as Contract Administrator and client liaison for the full external decoration of a Grade 1 listed building in Blackheath, London.  The work required detailed co-ordination as the building was fully occupied during the contract. The Contract Value was £450,000.

Stewart Watson designed and managed the strip-out and refurbishment of a number of floors within this property. Works included Cat A refurbishment, together with upgrading the reception and all of the WCs.

Stewart Watson was instructed to Project Manage the Cat A Refurbishment of this Central London commercial property.  The refurbishment included new Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services, including new passenger lift.  The contract Value was £840,000 and the contract period was 24 weeks.

Stewart Watson prepared terminal schedules of dilapidations and negotiated a settlement on this 13,000m2 mixed office and industrial estate in West London on behalf of the landlord.

Stewart Watson undertook a building survey of this West End estate comprising eleven office and retail buildings totalling 8,100m2 on behalf of a purchasing investor.  Input included coordination of specialist surveys of the services installations.
